Can I arrange payment via an invoice to my organisation?
Yes, we can handle payments via invoicing. For example, if an organisation wants to send six people to a workshop:
- Contact us to discuss numbers and payment arrangements.
- We will send an invoice (This will be a tax invoice, for Australian customers).
- We will send you a coupon code, which you can distribute to the intended participants.
- Using the coupon, your participants enrol themselves without needing to make payment.
Will I receive a tax invoice?
When you make online payment to enrol in a course or workshop, you will automatically be sent a receipt by email.
If you enrol in a workshop, we assume you are located in Australia and you will be emailed a tax invoice. Since this is handled manually, please allow some time for processing.
If you enrol in an online course, you are most likely not in Australia and will not be emailed a tax invoice unless you request one.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits?
Yes, we do. The way this works is:
- Contact us, and we'll provide you with a coupon you can use at checkout.
- Workshops are open for non-profit enrolment in the three weeks leading up to the date of the workshop. So, you can enrol at full (early-bird) price to confirm your place. Or, you can wait until the three week period commences, and get a discount.
Refund Policy for Workshops
A full refund will be provided if you notify us up to 14 days prior to the workshop date, and a 50% refund if you notify us up to 7 days before. Sorry but no refund will be provided for notice less than 7 days prior to the workshop date.

We stand behind our courses with a 100%, no-questions-asked satifaction guarantee. If you enrol and aren't happy just let us know and we'll process a full refund immediately.
